Slide 8 was one of the hardest times of my life 💔 but this is what I learned through it all...

You don't have to be perfect or strict to clear your symptoms.

I know how disciplined you are, and frankly, it's impressive!

What you need is a personalised plan that goes deeper, to the root cause of what's happening inside YOUR body
..That's the thing driving your symptoms and conditions.

Have you ever wondered why those symptoms are coming up for you and not your friend?

The answer is inside your body.

I didn't follow generic protocols.

Once I learned what my body needed and worked with what was actually happening within, I finally saw results.

That's exactly what the was built to help women do.

There’s a 3-year roll out plan for the new name in the medical system, but would it be right to start using the correct term from today 1. Because it’s correct, and 2. Because it’s a better more-accurate name, or… will many women looking for answers and needing the latest information still be searching ‘PCOS’ and therefore not find or even overlook information that could change their life? If the roll out plan for the medical system is 3-years, are doctors still going to be diagnosing it as PCOS and still calling it that to patients for now? So many questions!

But all in all, the name allows for a much better understanding of the whole-body condition and a reduction in mis-diagnosis, as I’ve been saying from the start that you don’t need to have ‘cysts’ (which are really just extra follicles) on an ultrasound to meet the diagnostic criteria and be diagnosed.

Old name -
PCOS: Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

New name -
PMOS: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome

Quick signs to look out for that may suggest it’s worth looking into a diagnosis:
- Acne
- Irregular cycles
- Excess Hair
- Excess Hair Loss
- Lack of ovulation (can track with BBT)
Not a detailed, just something to get you thinking!

So what would be most helpful? Should I swap to PMOS in content/ website now, keep using PCOS for the moment, or use both? Would you get confused?

I feel like a new woman after my recovery evening at

I do the warm magnesium spa regularly and love it so much, as the magnesium takes away my muscle soreness allowing me to stay consistent with being active at the gym and running most days,

But pairing it with the sauna… holyyyy.

My whole body now feels like it’s melting into the couch. I haven’t felt THIS relaxed in so long.

If you’re struggling to completely wind down, switch off, slow down and let go of the to do list, book yourself in for a sauna + magnesium pool and you’ll be walking out a new person. Honestly feels like a big reset button.

Even my mindset and thoughts are a lot more optimistic, content and calm. Nervous system is max regulated!

I also didn’t realise how much better is in the rain. I’ve stayed home in the past when it was raining, but tonight I learned that that’s the most relaxing time.

Who’s coming with me next time?

I’m limping now, oops. But I’m confident it wasn’t the shoes and is just my terrible left quad + going too hard with the recovery equipment because my feet and the rest of my legs feel great!

I went to an EP and Physio last year and they did a bunch of tests that revealed that the reason my left quad specifically gets so tight is that my left leg and hip flexor is overactive and underactive in different places. It’s probably due to habits like how I cross my legs and how my inactive leg rests while driving - something I’m conscious of now, as well as getting back into the exercises again!

Looks like getting back into running is going to require more than just new shoes 🫠
