Be non-judgemental with yourself through it all.

I also love the acronym by Tara Brach - R.A.I.N

• Recognise the emotion
• Allow the emotion
• Investigate the emotion
• Nurture the emotion

A gentle reminder that emotions don’t need to be fixed immediately - sometimes they just need to be felt, witnessed, and met with compassion. 🌿

Living the Reiki Precepts 🌿
- Moments of Reflection -

Just for today, let go of anger.

Just for today, let go of worry.

Just for today, be grateful.

Just for today, work honestly.

Just for today, be kind to all.

Reiki Precept 5 of 5 🌿

Just for today, be kind to all.

While we show kindness to others, we can sometimes feel guilty when we choose ourselves. We hold ourselves to higher expectations, forgetting that we too deserve gentleness and care.

Today, let’s remember to extend kindness to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

Breathe, notice & allow.
