This Valentine’s Day, we’re returning to an intentional kind of sweetness. Whether you’re celebrating with a partner, a dear friend or simply honouring the most important relationship of all- the one with yourself- this rose, vanilla and cacao blend is the ultimate heart opening ritual.

Recipe
1-2 tbsp organic cacao powder (pick up our favourite in store)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Honey to taste
2 tsp rose water
Your choice of milk

Heat the cacao, cardamom and vanilla essence in a saucepan with water on a low heat and stir to combine. Add milk and honey to taste and a dash of rose water. Dried rose petals and cardamom pods are an optional garnish ❤️
