A few things I do:

- lie on my back, feet up the wall
- put my eye mask on
- listen to a favourite yoga nidra track (one hour of yoga nidra is worth 4 hours of sleep).

🌿 Sunday Sanctuary: A Half-Day Restoration Retreat🌿

Calling all nurturers of others... this one's for you.

This Sunday (2-5pm at Yoga4Life in Sandgate), Rachel Therese (of Living Mindfully ) and I (Chantal Roelofs of The Heart Wisdom Way, are creating a space for you to completely let go and receive.

Three full hours of deep rest through restorative yoga and sound healing - followed with a delicious nourishing afternoon tea.
If your nervous system is feeling frazzled (who's isn't after the last couple of weeks !) , if sleep has become elusive, or if you simply need permission to pause - we've got you.

What becomes possible when we create space for deep restoration?

Past participants have described leaving with:
