Mealtime Mondays!
I am a weird one and like to eat my burgers deconstructed. There really is no right or wrong way to these.
We are not fond of the amount of preservatives and additives in premade burger patties, so we make our own. And to keep things simple, we usually don't add in the breadcrumbs either. We just have straight up minced meat, seasoned with herbs, minced onions and salt & pepper. You can also add an egg into the mixture to help it combine.
With my side salads, I like to also keep it simple, adding just salt, pepper & lime juice.
You can certainly create a proper burger or keep everything deconstructed.
