Helen has officially been accepted onto the Australasian Lymphology Association’s National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register as an Accredited Lymphoedema Practitioner.

With 25 years of experience, Helen brings an incredible depth of knowledge to The Patient Approach, supporting patients with lymphoedema, scar management and recovery following surgery and cancer treatment.

THIS. This is it.

This is why we took the leap.

Why we remortgaged our houses, took a massive risk and kept saying to each other:

“If we’re struggling to find the right support, surely other cancer patients are too.”

We built The Patient Approach because we knew there had to be a better way, a place where people understand cancer and its lasting effects, where your care team can actually communicate and where you don’t have to piece everything together yourself.

Then we received this message.

THIS is why we did it.

For someone to sleep again.
To sit comfortably again.
To enjoy life again.
To finally feel heard and understood.

To the beautiful person who sent us this, thank you for trusting our team with your care.

This makes every scary part of taking that leap worth it.
