Reclaim Her Midlife fulfilment ~ Meaning. Purpose. Legacy. https://reclaimher.com Hey and welcome beautiful. We’re Kareena and Sophie. More meaning. More life.

Reclaim Her is an empowered way to experience midlife & beyond ~ a space for women ready to live with deeper fulfilment, meaning, purpose, and legacy in the second chapter of life. This is where we share conversations around midlife fulfilment and transformation, heart-led living, intuition, embodied feminine leadership, community, and living fully now. We believe midlife is not a winding down, bu

t a powerful threshold ~ a time when women step more fully into who they are and what they are here to contribute. Kareena is an award-winning spiritual leader and transformational guide for women in midlife, and Sophie is a women’s health and wellbeing coach. Together, we support women to reconnect with themselves, honour what matters most, and create a life that feels rich, purposeful, and alive. This is a space for women who know there is more...
More depth.

Can you grieve a life that you’ve chosen to leave?

Well, of course you can.

It’s an ending like any other 🌿

We often think that if a choice was ours to make ~ or if it was the “right” decision ~ we aren’t allowed to feel sad about it.

But letting go of a chapter that once meant everything to you will naturally carry grief, loss and nostalgia.

You can hold space for that sadness while still looking forward with hope and curiosity
~ even if you don’t know exactly what comes next.

You’ve evolved into someone new, and honoring the woman you used to be is a crucial part of stepping into who you are becoming

💛 Give yourself permission to feel it all today.

Drop a ♥️ if you’re navigating a transition right now.

Connection is important for all humans… but what connection feeds your soul the most? 🌿

There are many ways to experience connection.

And if you are an introvert, or in a season where being around other people feels challenging, you can still nurture a deep sense of connection in other ways.

Here are a few that many women find nourishing:

🌿 Connection with nature
~ immerse yourself in a quiet place in nature and feel the life and energy around you… the forest, ocean, lake, garden, field, national park, or mountain top.

🌿 Connection with the Divine
~ create a sacred space in your home or garden and allow yourself to connect with the Divine energy that flows through all things… that which is greater than ourselves.

🌿 Connection with animals
~ spend time with animals in whatever way is available to you… a beloved pet, a visit to a farm or sanctuary, a horse ride, or even simply watching the rhythm of life in the ocean.

🌿 Connection with angels and beings of light
~ soften your awareness and invite in beings of the highest light. Feel, write, draw, or paint what you sense in their presence.

🌿 Connection through creative expression
~ connect with your creativity.
For many people this feels like touching something sacred or higher within themselves.

Connection through embodiment
~ come back into your body through gentle movement, breath, or simply placing a hand on your heart and belly.

There may be many other ways that bring you into a meaningful sense of connection.

If there is something that deeply nourishes your soul, we would love to hear it.
Share below or send us a DM with the ways you find connection in your life.

You don’t need to have the whole path mapped out ~ you just need to take the very next step. 🌿

It’s completely human to want to see how everything is going to turn out.

But when we surrender the need to control the entire timeline and focus on the 1~2 steps right in front of us, life becomes so much more peaceful.

Your higher self trusts that you are guided, supported, and capable of taking things one step at a time.

Don’t wait for the whole picture to reveal itself
~ just take the next step.

What’s one small step you’re taking today?

Brisbane, what a beautiful night. 💛

I loved sitting down with Tracy Whitton (The Vagus Nerve Whisperer) The Vagus Nerve Whisperer and exploring nervous system health in a way that felt practical, grounded and relevant to everyday life.

💕
And one of the especially lovely parts of the evening was sharing it with some of the beautiful women from our Reclaim Her community who came along.
Thank you so much for joining us
💕

One of my powerful takeaways was that nervous system care works best when it becomes part of our everyday rhythm.

💛 A few minutes in the morning
💛 A pause during the day
💛 Bookending the evening with a practice that helps us settle and come back to ourselves.

It doesn’t need to be long or elaborate. What matters is bringing these practices in consistently, so we’re not reaching for them only when we’ve already hit overwhelm.

Small moments of support, practised often 🌿

Thank you Tracy, Brisbane, and the beautiful Reclaim Her women who came along...it was so lovely to share the evening with you. 💛

Lots of love,
Sophie

What are you afraid will happen if you stop holding it all together?

Sit with that for a moment.

What are you afraid might happen if you
~ loosen your grip
~ stop managing everything
~ stop being the strong one
and allow something to shift?

So often we avoid looking directly at our fears.

But when they stay unnamed, they can quietly keep us stuck, shaping our choices without us even realising it.

So today, I invite you to ask yourself the question and answer it honestly.

What am I afraid will happen if I stop holding it all together?

You might be surprised by what comes up.

And simply seeing it clearly can open a doorway to something new. 💛

Much love,
Kareena

There are some women who don’t simply leave a legacy. They leave us a little braver about being fully ourselves

Today we honour and celebrate the extraordinary Dolly Parton. 💛🌟

A woman who was never afraid to be seen. To be colourful. Feminine. Funny. Ambitious. Generous. Smart. Outspoken in her own beautifully Dolly way.

She built an extraordinary life from very humble beginnings, but perhaps what we’ll remember just as much as the music, the rhinestones and that unmistakable voice was the woman underneath it all.

💛 Her warmth
💛 Her wit
💛 Her enormous generosity
💛 Her ability to laugh at herself
💛 Her belief in dreaming big!

And the fact that she never seemed interested in becoming a quieter, smaller or more acceptable version of herself as she grew older.. We LOVE that!
She kept creating.
Kept contributing.
Kept showing up as Dolly.

There resonates so deeply with us within Reclaim Her...that eminder that ageing doesn’t have to mean disappearing 🔥🔥

That you can evolve without abandoning who you are.

That softness and strength can live beautifully together.

That success and generosity can sit side by side.

And that there is something incredibly powerful about a woman who gives herself permission to take up her own particular space in this world.

Thank you, Dolly for modelling so much, so beautifully 💛

Here’s to women who dare to become more and more themselves. 🔥🔥

Rest peacefully, Dolly

How do you know when your Intuition is speaking? ♥️

Your intuition has its own unique language with you ~ and the more time you spend listening to it, the easier it becomes to recognise.

It tends to speak to us in four main ways:

✨ You see ~ perhaps an image, symbol or colour.

✨ You hear ~ a word, a phrase or a quiet inner voice you recognise.

✨ You feel ~ a gut feeling, a contraction, an opening, or a sense of being drawn towards or away from something.

✨ You just know ~ those moments when something lands and you simply know what feels right for you.

Intuition is a relationship.

The more time you spend noticing it and making space for it, the more familiar you become with the way your intuition communicates.

Writing and art can be beautiful ways to explore this too. You might pick up a journal, some pastels, pens or paints and simply let yourself create without trying to make anything in particular.

It’s not so much about what lands on the page. It’s about what you notice as you allow something to come through.

We deeply value intuition here at Reclaim Her and look forward to sharing more ways to help you strengthen that connection with yourself.

Which of these four ways do you recognise most in yourself? 🌸
