My 6am ritual lately ☕️📦

A coffee, a quiet warehouse, and a few hours packing your orders before the day begins.

I was looking at the shelves this morning thinking we’ll sell out this weekend.

And honestly, that feels really exciting.

Not because the shelves are getting emptier, but because every order represents someone who found us, trusted us, and decided to invest in themselves.

A few years ago, this was just an idea.

Now I’m standing here at 6am packing orders for women all over the world.

Something very exciting is coming next, but this morning I’m just feeling grateful for this chapter and everyone who’s been part of it. 🤍

I got into work early this morning to get a head start on all your orders.

I started printing packing slips.

And then I started crying. 😭

Not because I was overwhelmed with work.

Because I was overwhelmed with gratitude. 🙏

One by one, names started coming through.

Names of people I’ve never met.

People with lives as complex as my own.

People with dreams, worries, families, heartbreaks, victories, busy mornings and sleepless nights.

People who worked hard for their money.

People who found me on the internet and decided to trust me.

And that thought never stops amazing me.

Sometimes running an online business can feel like numbers on a screen. Orders. Revenue. Notifications.

But then I see your names. ✨💕

And suddenly it’s real.

Behind every order is a person. A whole life. A story I’ll probably never know.

Yet somehow our paths crossed for a moment, and you chose to support what I’m building.

I don’t take that lightly. 🥹 🥹

Every order represents trust.

And trust is something I will never stop being grateful for.

POV: You hit “go live” on your first EOFYS sale and have absolutely no idea what to expect… then Shopify starts going ding ding ding ding ding 🥹

Yesterday was the launch of our very first EOFYS sale and honestly, I was nervous. I didn’t know if anyone would show up, if the offers would resonate, or if all those late nights would be worth it.

Less than 24 hours later, we’ve sold over half of our EOFYS allocation. 🤯

To every single person who has spent their hard-earned dollars with Love You Well, thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your skin health. Thank you for supporting a small Australian business. Thank you for making those Shopify dings the sweetest sound I’ve heard in a long time.

As a founder, I wear all the hats 🎩 . Product development, customer service, packing orders, content creation, emails, website updates, META ads… all of it.

A big reason I’m able to offer high-quality beauty tech at a more affordable price is because I’ve learned to do so much of it myself. After being burnt by three expensive agencies that took my money and couldn’t even get the fundamentals right, I decided to learn the world of Meta ads myself.

It’s been a journey. Plenty of mistakes. Plenty of 14-hour days. Plenty of late nights wondering if I was completely mad.

So hearing those Shopify notifications roll in last night made my heart sing.

I barely slept last night thanks to equal parts adrenaline, excitement and gratitude. 🙏

Today I’m home looking after my crook little boy, but I’ll be in this afternoon starting on all your orders and getting as many packed and out the door as possible.
