Heather has over ten years of experience supporting and mentoring young people with various life challenges, including family breakdown, grief and loss, self-esteem, mental health, anxiety, depression, friendships, bullying, self-harm and school refusal. I hold a Bachelor of Counselling and am a member of the ACA (Member No 29859)

I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling therapies and I spe

cialize in working with adolescents and young adults. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
