Such a beautiful community to raise a child in, one where you feel genuinely supported and uplifted by small businesses that invest in our young people and create real opportunities for them to grow and thrive.
Watching that journey unfold is something really special, and it speaks volumes about the environment you’ve built.
Thank you, Lisa, for everything you do to nurture, inspire, and empower the next generation 💛

You all know Anique our Sunday assassin 😜

She absolutely brought the heat this morning and had everyone feeling it! But beyond the tough sessions, I just want to take a moment to recognise how far she’s come.

Anique started with us back when she was still in school, and watching her grow into the strong, confident young woman and instructor she is today honestly means so much ❤️

This is exactly what The Helping Hand Pilates is all about creating a space where people can grow, evolve, and become the best version of themselves. Proud is an understatement 😢 ❤️

Time to book your weekly classes team!
