📣 WE’RE HIRING – DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER!

Mengy Supports is growing, and we’re looking for a caring, reliable and motivated person to join our team!

Broken Hill, Wilcannia, Menindee & surrounding areas

We welcome applicants with professional experience and/or relevant lived experience who are passionate about supporting people with disability to live life their way.

The role may include:

* Personal care and domestic assistance
* Social and community participation
* Supporting individual goals and independence
* Swimming with participants
* Travel to remote communities

You’ll need:

* WWCC
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Required NDIS safeguarding and orientation modules completed
* Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

Casual employment under the SCHADS Award, with pay based on skills, qualifications and experience.

Family-friendly workplace! We understand that workers have kids and commitments. School-hours availability is welcome, and afternoon or weekend availability is a bonus.

Hours will vary depending on participant needs and your availability.

Meet Sherean

We’re excited to welcome Sherean to the Mengy Supports team and are very happy to have her on board!

Sherean has joined Mengy Support Services as our Service & Operations Manager.

With a strong background in the disability and community services sector, Sherean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting people with disability, understanding support needs, working alongside families and navigating the NDIS.

In her role, Sherean will be helping with the day-to-day operations of Mengy Supports, supporting our staff, assisting with services and helping ensure our clients receive consistent, quality support.
