We understand that this week’s NDIS announcement may have caused some stress and uncertainty across our community — and we want to take a moment to reassure you 💙
Firstly, please don’t panic. While changes have been announced, these reforms are being rolled out gradually over the coming years — not overnight. If you currently have an NDIS plan and are using your funding appropriately, there is no indication that you will suddenly be removed from the scheme.
At AT Direct Care, we are a registered provider and have successfully met all audit requirements to the highest standard. Because of this, we have zero concerns about our services being impacted. Our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality supports remains unchanged.
We know that uncertainty can feel overwhelming, especially when it relates to essential supports. Please remember — you are not navigating this alone. We are here to:
