The new back-office and academy can be accessed at:

To login: use your usual username and password from the old back-office (You don't have to re-register.)

By the end of September 2021, the back-office and academy will be fully implemented. Both sites will initially be available in English. All other languages will follow in the coming weeks and months.

The access to your old back-office and academy will remain limited and the commission statements of the past months will still be available there. Commission Run for June and July you find in the old and new back-office.

You can find the Compensation Plan Brochures in all languages in your download section in your new back-office. The training will go live in the academy in the next coming weeks.

Where to find support?
The support center in the new Healy Website is fully functioning.
- Go to HealyWorld.net
- Choose your continent (Europe, USA, Asia, Australia)
- Find the SUPPORT tab (between ABOUT US and JOIN US)
- Select Support Center (below FAQ tab)
- A new window will open with MY ACCOUNT login (use your email or username and password)
- After you click the login button, the Dashboard and Support Center will open in a new window
- You will see your old tickets and you can open new ones if needed
The backoffice will integrate the support center slowly so we don't lose any of your old tickets. Thank you for being patient, as we roll out feature by feature in the next weeks.

Australia Localisation Announcement

We are thrilled to share with you some very exciting news! It is official, as of the 7th of July 2021, Healy World Australia Pty Ltd will be the official localised entity for all Independent Healy World Members (IHWM) in Australia.

What does this mean for you?

• Your shop will have all devices, subscriptions, and accessories in Australian dollars

• Greater customer and member experience, with fast deliveries

• Local warehousing and Express Post with Australia Post for distribution and returns

• Australia based Sales, Customer Service, and Operations support

• Corporate Events and Training to support your business

• Your compensation plan will be the World Model but referenced to Australia specifically

What do you need to know?

Well largely, it is business as usual… – but there are a few things to be aware of:

• Your membership is currently under the HWI Healy World International Pte Ltd (Singapore) entity, and it will now automatically assigned to Healy World Australia Pty Ltd.

• We have arranged that your iPayout account remains the same, so log-in and move your funds as normal

• If your new members are joining as an individual, there is no change to the sign-up process

• For any members who join as a business membership (Company, Partnership, or Sole Trader), we will require your Australian Business Number (ABN)

• For all members (individual and business members), once your accumulated Bonuses paid between 1 July 2021 – 30 June 2022 have an accumulation of AUD$15,000, you will be required to submit the following:

Driver License or Passport or Senior Card or Proof of Age

Your ABN
