My rainbow baby arrived and this fear showed up (naturally). Turns out it wasn't anxiety, but instead grief still sitting in my energy body years later. A few sessions helped me to shift it. Conventional therapy is 100% important for our processing and everyone should do it... I actively see a therapist myself. But processing our experiences and energetic imprints at an energetic level is really important too🥰🧚🏽‍♀️ this isn't to say that I have 'cured' or 'fixed' my grief. But it has become easier to feel and process.
