⚡ Coming Alive ~ Breathwork Online, Monday 14th September

When was the last time you felt properly alive?

Not happy. Not relaxed. Alive 🤩 buzzing, bright, switched all the way on.
That thing children have all day long without trying.

Most of us are very good at coping. We're good at getting through. We're good at holding on.

And we're completely out of practice at this.

It didn't go anywhere, by the way. We just stopped using it, because nothing in adult life asks for it.

Monday, we go and get it back.

This one's different from the last three weeks. Nothing to release, nothing to process, no digging. For the first time we use breath holds — fast, light breathing followed by a full stop — and the whole hour builds instead of empties.

Expect tingling hands, warmth, and a lightness that's hard to explain until you've felt it. It's not mystical, it's chemistry, and it's yours.

You'll leave lifted, not emptied.

📅 Monday, 14th September
🕕 6:00 PM (WA time)
⏳ 60-minute session
💻 Live online via Zoom

All you need is somewhere to lie down. Comment below or message me for the link.

Not one for you if you're pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, epilepsy or high blood pressure — message me if you're unsure.

Nothing to release this week. This one builds.
