There's a kind of heaviness that nobody gives a name to.
The relationship that ended. The version of yourself you had to leave behind. The plan that quietly stopped being possible. The move, the friendship that faded, the thing you hoped for and stopped hoping for.
Here's what I've come to understand: grief is love with nowhere to go.
It's not only for the big losses, it's for every ending. And when something ends, the love doesn't disappear. It just has nowhere to land anymore. So it stays in the body, waiting.
This Monday's session is called Letting Go.
Letting go doesn't mean forgetting. It doesn't mean you stop loving. It means you stop carrying it in your body all the time. The love stays, the weight changes.
We won't talk it through. We'll breathe it through.
This is a softer session than last week: slower, more spacious, with time to rest at the end.
