My heart feels so full when clients tell me they actually look forward to our sessions 🄹

For many of them, health has always meant punishing their body. Restrictive diets. Cutting out the foods they grew up with. Gruelling exercise routines they dreaded.

No wonder the relationship with food never stuck.

My sessions feel different because they are different. When your nervous system feels safe, change stops feeling like a fight.

And that’s why my clients get results after years of trying it the other way.

If you’re ready to stop fighting your body and actually enjoy the process, the šŸ”— in my bio is your next step.

Inositol helps to reduce insulin resistance… but its benefits are limited if your nutrition isn’t supporting blood sugar balance.

Remember: Supplements are to sidekick your nutrition. They’re not the main character.

YOU are the main character. And the habits you implement daily are what will make the biggest difference to your PCOS, health and wellbeing.

If you’re feeling confused with what to do for your PCOS, go back to my 4 PCOS Nutrition Foundations:

1) Eat enough and regularly
2) Eat balanced
3) Eat nutritiously
4) Eat for joy

If you want step-by-step guidance on which micro habits to implement to establish the 4 PCOS Nutrition Foundations, comment ā€œPCOSā€ to grab my PCOS Nutrition Made Easy eBook.

I use to be afraid of gaining weight from too many carbs

So I reduced my rice, bread, pasta intake.

Then scour the pantry for some sweets afterwards and feel guilty for my lack of self-control.

Until… I started intuitive eating.

Then my body showed me that carbs actually help me feel instantly full and energised after my meal.

And when I ate them in a balanced meal, they *prevented* sugar cravings.

Turns out, it was never a self-control issue.
It was a blood sugar balance issue.

I didn’t need to fight my body.
I needed to listen to its cues and work with it.

Now I regularly check in with my body to see how it’s feeling, what it needs and how I can support it.

It’s a kind of peace and freedom that never experienced before when I was listening to everything else but my body.

It’s a kind of peace and freedom that’s also available to you — when you tune out of the noise and tune into your body wisdom. šŸ’—šŸƒšŸŒøāœØ
