A LITTLE APPRECIATION POST FOR RYAN
We probably don’t say it enough, but Ryan does an incredible amount behind the scenes at Be Seen.
As our Team Leader – Service Delivery, he’s someone our team can turn to, our participants can rely on, and someone who genuinely gives a damn about the people we support.
Ryan puts a lot into what he does. The long days, the difficult moments, the phone calls, supporting the team, stepping in when someone needs a hand and still finding a way to have a laugh along the way.
But probably the thing we appreciate most is how much he genuinely cares.
For Ryan, this has never just been about turning up, doing a shift and going home. He builds relationships, gets to know people and puts the effort in to make sure they feel comfortable, supported and, most importantly, seen.
We see the work you put in, mate, even when you probably think nobody notices.
So here’s a bit of love for Ryan the Lion 🦁.
