Meet Paul: A friendly face in our support team
We believe that the best support comes from people who actually take the time to listen, and Paul is a perfect example of that. With a few years of experience across mental health, aged care, and independent living, he understands that every person’s needs are different.

For Paul, the goal is simple: helping you feel more confident and independent in your own life. He’s known for his respectful, easygoing approach and his ability to really hear what someone needs to feel safe and supported.

Getting to know Paul

When he’s not working, Paul is usually busy with his own hobbies. He’s into gaming, enjoys getting out for a walk, spends time in the garden, and has a real interest in motorbikes. He finds that these shared interests are often the best way to build a real connection and have a bit of a yarn while getting things done.

Paul is currently available Monday to Friday to support male participants. As he puts it: "I look forward to getting started with you and supporting your journey."

Meet Riley: Someone who truly cares
Finding someone to help out at home or get you out and about is a big deal. It’s not just about the support, it’s about the person standing next to you. That is why we want to introduce you to Riley.

Riley is a local here in Bundaberg who genuinely loves helping people find their feet and live more independently. He isn't there to take over; he is there to listen to how you like things done, respect your space, and help you hit your own goals at your own pace.

A bit about Riley

He is a patient, easygoing bloke who is very easy to talk to. Whether he is helping you with the shopping, driving you to an appointment, or just assisting with things around the house, he focuses on making sure you feel safe and comfortable the whole time.

When he isn't working, Riley stays busy with fitness and loves being outdoors. He’s a big music fan and spends as much time as he can with his family. He brings that same friendly, balanced energy to his work every single day.

Weekend moments at the lagoon

There is something special about being by the water, especially when the weather is this good. T.C. headed down to the lagoon over the weekend to soak up the fresh air and enjoy a peaceful stroll.

It is days like these that remind us why we do what we do. Supporting T.C. to get out, stay active, and enjoy the local scenery is a real highlight. It isn’t just about the walk itself; it is about the independence and the simple joy of being out in the community.

We are so glad T.C. had such a bright start to the weekend.
