Congratulations to our member Danielle on losing an incredible 13cm in her first 10 weeks with Coach Elly!

As a mum of 5 and business owner, Dani made the commitment to prioritise her health again after welcoming her youngest baby 10 months ago and she has been absolutely nailing her consistency.

Not only has her body composition changed, but her strength and daily habits have improved massively too. Most importantly, she continues to show up for herself, creating a ripple effect for both herself and her family.

Michelle has shown amazing consistency and determination while balancing long work hours and being a busy mum, continuing to make her health and fitness a priority each week.

From hikes to holidays, she’s created a healthier lifestyle that allows her to enjoy more experiences along the way.
