Most girls don’t actually have a “glute problem.”
They have a setup and ex*****on problem.

The second you rock your weight back onto your heels and start yanking the weight with your lower back… your glutes stop doing what they’re supposed to do.

Instead:

• Keep the bar close and centered
• Stay balanced through the front half of your foot
• Hinge properly through the hips
• Push your hips THROUGH the bar on the way up

The goal isn’t just moving the weight.
The goal is loading the muscle you’re actually trying to grow.
