Radiating & Receiving Love Ritual ✨

​Love is one of the highest vibrating frequencies in the universe. Here is the step-by-step flow I use to tune in, radiate, and receive that energy:

​Step-by-Step Flow:

1️⃣ Cleanse & Anoint: I start my altar practice by anointing my grandeur block with moon water, followed by cleansing myself and all my tools with sage smoke.

2️⃣ Invoke the 4 Elements:

​🔥 Fire: Candle
​🌬️ Air: Incense
​💧 Water: Glass of water
​🪨 Earth: Crystals

3️⃣ Connect: I quiet my mind to connect with my higher self, guides, and the divine.

4️⃣ Set the Vibration: I arrange citrine crystals angled outwards from a statue representing myself, harnessing the radiating sun energy, abundance, and certainty.

5️⃣ Add Compassion: I scatter rose petals, a high-vibrating flower representing pure love and compassion.

6️⃣ Offer Gratitude: I present an offering (today using Heart Therapeutics All Heart herbal tea blend).

​The Heart Space Practice:

Once everything is set, I sit in heart-space meditation for 10–15 minutes (or longer!), generating deep gratitude and projecting love out into the universe. Afterwards, I leave the altar set, give thanks, and step forward to become Love. 💖

​Tip: You can also add statues or photos of loved ones to encompass your family, partner, or friends in the ritual energy!
