Scripture & Stretch Circle — a gentle midday pause just for you. 🌿

Every Monday, 12–2pm in Leppington, we'll move our bodies gently, sit with God's word, share, and rest — all over a grazing platter and a warm cup of tea.

Perfect for mums and grandmothers who could use a midweek breath.

“Come to me, all you who are weary… and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28

A gentle, faith-led morning for women who are ready to slow down, stretch tired shoulders, share scripture a plate of food and a cup of warm tea together.

No experience needed. No pressure. Just a small, intimate circle of women coming together. We will reflect on (Psalm 46:10) “Be still, and know that o am God”

No yoga. No pressure. No performance.

Just stretching that honours your body, scripture that steadies your heart, warm tea, and the kind of conversation you didn’t know you needed.

A gentle invitation, just for you🙏

on Saturday 9 May, I’m gathering a small circle of women in Leppington for a very first scripture & stretch circle a peaceful grounded morning of gentle movement soft scripture and the kind of stillness so many of us quietly longing for.

It’s not a class. it’s not a workout. It’s a coming home.
