Introducing the Monday Scripture & Stretch Circle — a gentle weekly gathering made especially for mums & grandmas.

Every Monday from 6 July, 12–2pm in Leppington, we'll come together for soft, restorative stretching, scripture, quiet reflection, and warm fellowship — all shared over a beautiful grazing platter inspired by the foods of Jesus' time (figs, dates, olives, dukkah, warm sourdough) and a pot of tea. ☕

No experience needed. Come just as you are. 💛

A gentle, faith-led morning for women who are ready to slow down, stretch tired shoulders, share scripture a plate of food and a cup of warm tea together.

On Saturday 9th May, I’ll be opening my home for our very first Scripture & Stretch Circle — a soft, sacred morning for women 40+ who are craving rest, gentle movement, and a little nourishment for the soul.

No yoga. No pressure. No performance.

Just stretching that honours your body, scripture that steadies your heart, warm tea, and the kind of conversation you didn’t know you needed.
