Nia with Time2Restore

Nia with Time2Restore Nia classes in Gungahlin, ACT Hi! Janene here. I first stepped on a Nia dance floor in late 2017. Nia seemed like fun and an outlet to my inner loungeroom dancer.

I was hooked from the first class by the welcoming community and the joy. Looking for something new to “get me moving”, I set about my research (a girl’s gotta do her research 🙂 ). Since then, I’ve completed my White Belt training, 5 Stages, 52 Moves and most recently Moving to Heal. The more I learn and experience Nia, the more it continues to amaze me with the depth of mind, body and spirit it b

rings. I invite you to experience the fun of a Nia class. Everyone is welcome to come along and find their own level of joy in movement.

Lots of great reasons to give Nia a go. The best one is to just have some fun 🤩.

✨Kodo Cafe at Wildbark✨

❄☕ After our winter recess, we are delighted to share the exciting news of a fresh new cafe offering at Wildbark. Opening 20 August, Kodo at Wildbark brings a fresh new look and a full breakfast and brunch menu, combining familiar cafe favourites with a modern take on ancient grains and flavours.

🗻🌾 Kodo, meaning millet, is one of the traditional grains of the Himalayan region. Kodo will be bringing this versatile grain, along with some favourite classic brunch items into a contemporary cafe setting and thoughtfully incorporating them throughout our menu.

🌿 A local, family-centred team, with a combined hospitality experience of more than 60 years, they look forward to welcoming you to Kodo at Wildbark.

Kodo at Wildbark will be open Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.
