This week we’re introducing the amazing office team who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating supports and managing schedules, to answering enquiries and making sure participants and support workers are connected, they’re the backbone of our day-to-day operations.

Our office team is passionate about providing a responsive, reliable, and person-centered experience for every participant and family we support. They’re often the first point of contact—and they make sure every interaction is handled with care, respect, and attention to detail.

We also celebrate Kenneth (Employee of the Month) and Hanna (Recognition Award) for their outstanding contributions, and thank all our incredible support workers for the care and dedication they show every day.
