💜 Meet Tash, our wonderful Operations Manager! 💜

Behind every great team is someone who genuinely cares — and that’s Tash. 🌸

Tash brings warmth, kindness and a genuine passion for people to everything she does at Dahlia Homes. Her journey through the NDIS and community sector has been shaped by a desire to make a meaningful difference, support others to reach their goals, and create positive experiences along the way.

Today, she plays an important role in supporting our incredible team and helping us continue to provide person-centred, high-quality care to the people we support. 💕

Outside of work, Tash is all about family, making memories, travelling, staying active and, of course, enjoying a good Sunday roast surrounded by the people she loves! 🥰

🐍 SNAKE AWARENESS – STAY SAFE THIS WARMER SEASON ☀️

As the weather warms up, snakes become more active — especially around long grass, parks, bushland, walking trails and outdoor areas.

At Dahlia Homes, we’re reminding everyone to stay alert, stay safe and be mindful of your surroundings when out in the community. 💜

A few simple reminders:
🌿 Stick to clear, established paths where possible
👀 Keep an eye out for snakes in grass, bushes and around outdoor areas
🚫 Never approach, touch or attempt to move a snake
↩️ If you see a snake, calmly move away and give it plenty of space
📞 Report any snake sightings around our residences to management

Let’s enjoy the warmer weather while keeping safety front of mind. 💜

At Dahlia Homes, we believe that meaningful connections, kindness and the right support can make all the difference — and Rhiannon is passionate about bringing exactly that to the people we support.

With a background in residential aged care, disability and complex support, Rhiannon brings a wealth of experience, compassion and a genuine person-centred approach to her role. 🌸

Outside of work, Rhiannon loves spending time with her family, getting lost in a good book and riding horses — the things that keep her grounded, inspired and balanced. 🐴📚💕

This Brain Injury Awareness Week, we’re recognising the many different pathways that can lead to brain injury and the importance of coming together as one supportive community.

Meet Kayla, our Administrative & Rostering Officer here at Dahlia Homes!

Kayla is passionate about keeping everything organised behind the scenes, supporting both our team and participants, and helping ensure our services run smoothly every day.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Kayla brings both administrative expertise and hands-on support experience to her role. Her dedication to helping others, combined with her warm and approachable nature, makes her a valued part of the Dahlia Homes family.

Outside of work, you'll often find Kayla with a good book in hand, out running or climbing, snowboarding during winter, or spending time with her partner and cat.

Kayla is just one part of our incredible office team at Dahlia Homes, all working together behind the scenes to support our staff, participants, and community every step of the way 💜.
