A quick walkthrough of the hall today to get a feel for the layout and work out how many people it can comfortably accommodate. I also put together a quick rendition of what the setup could look like with the gongs and crystal bowls in place. It's not the final arrangement, but it gives a good idea of the space and the atmosphere while I continue planning everything before the first event.

Vibrational Vortex: Awakened Polarity Gong Immersion
Two sound healers, two paths, one destination.
Sunday the Aug 30th, join us for a 90-minute immersion where Sun watches over Moon and Jupiter, and Chiron holds what quietly sits beneath the surface. Grant will be playing crystal bowls with the Moon Gong, and Ramon from Spirit Trails on Tibetan bowls with the Jupiter Gong.
We open together with breathwork, nostril breathing into conscious breathing, before easing into the sound.
3pm start. Doors open 15 minutes early and won't reopen once we begin, so come early and settle in. Disability accessible venue, with lift access.

A little milestone today. 🙌
For the first time, I've set up the full Awakened Polarity layout for a practice run. While this isn't the venue where the sessions will be held, it's the first chance to experience everything in the configuration I've been working towards.
This afternoon is all about experimenting, listening, refining, and seeing how it all comes together. Tibetan bowls on the jupiter gong. Crystal bowls on the moon gong. Looking forward to seeing where the sound takes us. 🎶✨

Awakened Polarity is coming. A 90-minute journey through sound and breath — four gongs moving between masculine and feminine, guiding you from wherever you're holding tension back into your body. Drumming, chimes, gong, breathwork, stillness. A full nervous system reset in one room.

Behind the scenes...
A lot happens before a sound journey ever begins.
At the moment, I'm working on securing the right hall, planning the layout, and making sure everything feels right before I run the Awakened Polarity Sound Bath.
This image is a mock-up of the setup I'm aiming for—a peaceful space with the planetary gongs and singing bowls.
There's still plenty to organise, but it's exciting to see the vision starting to come together.
I'll share the venue and event details as soon as everything is confirmed. I can't wait to welcome you into this space and share the experience with you.

I've held this close to my heart for quite a few years now. It all began with a very vivid dream I had years ago. That dream set me on a journey when I bought my very first crystal singing bowls for myself.
From there, I slowly worked my way through sound healing and began running small sound healing sessions from home. I then trained in breathwork, which led me to running breathwork classes, before combining the two into one experience. More recently, I completed Neuro Transformation Therapy, continuing to gather knowledge over the years to bring to life what has always been close to my heart.
It's been a long road to get here, and I'm excited to finally be able to share it with you.
Stay tuned... this is going to be something truly special.
This 90-minute journey will include a guided meditation, alternate nostril breathing, conscious breathwork, a deeply immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls and planetary gongs of the Sun, Jupiter, the Moon and Chiron, before gently concluding with a Ho'oponopono meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful and renewed.
I can't wait to share this journey with you. Stay tuned.
