2016 trend… and I couldn’t skip this one.
2016 was the year I burned the blueprint.
I left my fiancé, my dog, my job, my friends, my family, everything I knew in Brazil and moved to Australia.
No guarantees.
No safety net.
Just one quiet certainty: I was finally following my heart.
I arrived knowing no one.
No plan B.
And somehow… everything unfolded.
I found a new career.
A new love.
New friends.
A new version of myself.
That was also the year eyebrow tattooing exploded. And on a impulse or maybe intuition, I threw myself into it.
And then… boom.
It didn’t just work, it surpassed my life as an interior designer.
I was making more money, working less, and for the first time… actually living.
So I did what made sense to my soul (and made zero sense on paper):
I moved to Bali.
My life became surfing at sunrise, paradise afternoons, and flying back to Australia to work one week every two months in my studio.
Looking back, 2016 wasn’t just a trend year.
It was the year I chose courage over comfort and everything changed ❤️
