I'll be taking a little pause from the monthly sound baths as we head into the holiday season 🎄

🙏Thank you to everyone who has shown up, shared their energy, and created beautiful moments in our sessions so far.

I’ll be back in the new year with more nourishing sound journeys for you to drop into 💫

A little peek behind the scenes ✨
Before the vibrations fill the room, there’s this moment—
Where instruments find their place,

Resonance happens when one vibration awakens another. When you listen deeply, sound doesn’t just reach your ears — it moves through your body, gently calming your mind and energy.

🌑 Sound Bath – Wednesday, November 12th | 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
✨As we move deeper into November, life can start to feel full again — minds racing, bodies tired, hearts a little heavy.

Let the waves of sound from gongs, bowls, and chimes wash through you, guiding you back into presence and ease.
No effort. No doing. Just being.

🕯️ We’re working towards making these sessions a regular monthly ritual — a time to come back and reconnect with calm.
