Our February timetable is here, with so many new changes happening . It’s so exciting and can’t wait for you to join us!
We have moved classes to Wednesday at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
We have a brand-new shiny spacious dance floor, at the Ray Mison Pavilion at the casino Showground!
Classes run every week, with a new routine each week, making it easy for you to join at any time.

Feeling anxious about attending a retreat day or joining our class? Are you attending alone and are feeling a bit nervous?
Making new friends as adult is never easy, & I myself suffer from social anxiety believe it or not!
But here is a few tips I find helpful and things to remember.

•Social anxiety, like anything new or uncomfortable to us, takes practice to become better at getting a handle on it. So the more you get out, the easier it becomes.

•Have all the information on location/ times & what to bring prepared the night before to avoid any unnecessary added stressors on the day.

•Wear and pack outfits for the day that truely make you feel your most comfortable & true self.

•Reach out to me here on DM’s with any questions. Sometimes chatting to someone makes you feel like you already know a person. So if you’re attending alone you won’t be, because you’ll already have a friend in me.
