Not only were there zero opportunities for improvement identified, but we were also awarded a Best Practice Rating in our audit report, recognising our unwavering commitment to excellence and high-quality service delivery.

Our auditor shared that she has awarded this distinction only six times throughout her entire career, making this achievement even more special.

This outcome reflects the dedication, professionalism and passion of our incredible team, and the trust placed in us by the people we support every day.

At United Supports, our participants are at the heart of everything we do - and right now, one of our own needs our help.
Zac is facing a heartbreaking and life-changing challenge. He urgently requires jaw surgery to allow him to eat, sleep, breathe properly, and live a better quality of life.
His family is doing everything they can to raise the $40,000 needed for this surgery, but they can’t do it alone.
