HOW DOES LED LIGHT THERAPY WORK?

LED light therapy works at a cellular level.

Think of your skin cells as tiny factories — and the mitochondria are the powerhouses inside them.

Mitochondria produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy cells need to repair, renew and function.

When specific wavelengths of LED light reach the skin, they can be absorbed by components of the mitochondria and influence cellular energy pathways. This can support ATP production and help give skin cells more energy to carry out their natural processes.
