✨ NEW WEDNESDAY EVENING YIN YOGA CLASS ✨

We’re so excited to be adding another Yin Yoga class to the timetable!

As more research shines a light on the importance of fascia, mobility, recovery, and healthy ageing, we’re also seeing a growing appreciation for the powerful benefits of Yin Yoga.

This slow, mindful practice works deeply into the connective tissues of the body, helping to improve flexibility, support joint health, enhance circulation, and create the conditions for rest, repair, and resilience.

And let’s be honest, not everyone wants to roll out of bed for an early morning class!

So, for those whose mornings are already full, we’re opening up a new opportunity to unwind, stretch, breathe, and reset midweek.

Whether it’s the full moon, hard training, or just a busy week — this is your reminder to slow down and recover properly.

We often focus on strength, cardio, steps, and pushing harder. But sometimes the body asks for something different.

Yin invites us into the deeper layers… the fascia, connective tissues, ligaments and joints that don’t always receive the same attention in our faster, more dynamic movement practices.

Longer-held poses can gently stimulate these tissues, supporting mobility, hydration and resilience through the fascial network. Fascia is the body’s interconnected web that surrounds and supports muscles, bones and organs, and collagen is one of its major building blocks, helping provide strength and structure.

Sometimes real strength is not found in doing more, but in creating space, slowing down, and listening.

It starts with good intentions. You say yes to everyone, take on every request, and try to make everyone happy. But what if this constant emotional strain is silently turning your body against itself? Scientists are now uncovering a shocking link between chronic people-pleasing and autoimmune disorders, and the findings are hard to ignore.
