✨ NEW WEDNESDAY EVENING YIN YOGA CLASS ✨
We’re so excited to be adding another Yin Yoga class to the timetable!
As more research shines a light on the importance of fascia, mobility, recovery, and healthy ageing, we’re also seeing a growing appreciation for the powerful benefits of Yin Yoga.
This slow, mindful practice works deeply into the connective tissues of the body, helping to improve flexibility, support joint health, enhance circulation, and create the conditions for rest, repair, and resilience.
And let’s be honest, not everyone wants to roll out of bed for an early morning class!
So, for those whose mornings are already full, we’re opening up a new opportunity to unwind, stretch, breathe, and reset midweek.
