Last nights immersion was such an exquisite blessing 💗 8 beautifully soft, undeniably strong women, holding their own unique flavour of beingness gathered together with a courage, willingness & vulnerability that moved me deeply.
An invitation to slow down and drop in to the wisdom of the body as she hums her song of sensation, beckoning us to listen to the delicate pulses, the trembling quakes, the deafening numbness, whatever is true, allowing her to reveal herself as we follow the aliveness of our internal rhythms along every conscious breath.
Learning how to be with her in her darkest moments, her holy moments, her most delicious and her most terrifying, learning how to rock her into a soothing swathe of enoughness, just as she is, right here, right now, in THIS moment because we know from this place, she blooms 🌸
Learning to say, I’ll meet you here my love, I’ve got you, I’m not leaving you. Right here.. in your grief, your bliss, your confusion, in the awkward mysterious undoings, I’ll stay with you, I’ll breathe with you here.
Your breath, your voice, your embodied movement is your medicine, is your power, is your strength and your softness, your sacred tool to feel it all, to move it all the way through until all that is left is loves’ unique expression beckoning you to create something beautiful, something only you can bring forth into existence.
We meet our infinitely creative essence in the depths and the truth of our aliveness. We liberate her with our willingness to go where she is calling us.
Even though I open these spaces to all genders, there is a sweetly fragrant space in my heart that only the feminine essence can touch as we come together 💕 so thank you to the brave and beautiful women who continue to gather with me in these sacred ways 🙏 I kiss your feet with grace and gratitude 😘 👣
