📢 WE’RE HIRING – CLIENT GROWTH & SUPPORT MANAGER
Ranwan Care Pty Ltd | Brisbane / Ipswich

Ranwan Care is looking for a motivated and well-connected person to join our growing team as a Client Growth & Support Manager.

At this stage of our business, our #1 priority is growing our participant base. We are therefore looking for someone who understands the NDIS sector and has the confidence and ability to build genuine referral relationships and generate new participant enquiries.

Your main focus will be:
Building relationships with Support Coordinators, participants, families and other NDIS professionals
Promoting Ranwan Care's services within the community
Generating genuine participant enquiries and referrals
Following up potential participants and supporting the onboarding process
Developing new referral networks and business opportunities
Helping Ranwan Care build a sustainable participant base
Undertaking support worker and relief shifts when required

💼 What we are offering

This is an opportunity to grow with Ranwan Care rather than simply fill a traditional management position.

The successful person will receive agreed remuneration for work performed, with the opportunity to participate in an agreed profit-sharing arrangement linked to the growth and profitability of the business.

As Ranwan Care grows, we intend for this position to develop into a more office-based management and client-growth role, while continuing to provide relief participant support when required.

We would particularly like to hear from you if you:
Have NDIS or disability-sector experience
Understand participant acquisition and referral development
Already have strong community or industry networks
Are confident communicating with Support Coordinators and families
Can work independently and actively pursue growth opportunities
Are willing to work hands-on as part of a growing organisation
