Reformer Pilates - Always wanted to know what the fuss is about - new fitness and wellness hype is all about. Reformer pilates is resistance strength training designed to increase core strength, full body strength. It is targeted at the young all the way through to our more mature clients β¦.. we have an 70+yr old doing regular pilates. We work with the beginner through to advance and everything in between. Have an injury that is OK happy to work with and scale within your capability. We have an amazing community very supportive and non judgemental. The most important thing is we have so much fun while moving our bodies. Reformer pilates has helped many whether it be achieve National records, compete at National level within a chosen sport or to get through day to day life, to perform their job pains free, rehab from injury or just to meet new people while gaining overall wellness its for everyone.
