Welcome to She Rises- A sacred journey of past life and ancestral healing.
Like the rose blooming or the lotus rising, this is about you becoming the real you, in the physical and removing blocks to this. When we shift, everything else shifts and it all starts with you.
This a beautiful experience discovering and reconnecting you through your past lives- in order to know yourself, you have to understand where and what you have been and that’s what we do together in Own Your Power: She Rises.
Each session, we free you out of a particular trauma /role/aspect of you that you are still carrying ( see below).
You will be guided to connect with your soul and your higher self.
You will have the opportunity to see you in lives when you were empowered and bring that knowledge into this life.
During this process we also connect with our ancestors and clear our linage as well, we break the chain, of trauma, fear, beliefs, wounds that may not even be ours, that we have carried as our ancestors who came before us did as well. We clear it for all.
Most of the blocks you have in your current life are a result of a past life that you have carried forward into this one and are keeping you restricted and disempowered.
We don’t move forward or rise up in fear or guilt or shame or obligation or conditional love.
We don’t rise up when we people please, doubt ourselves, give away our power, in fact that keeps us drained and disempowered.
Over the course of history humans have been disempowered and disempowered ourselves as well financially, emotional, physically, sexually, spiritually and mental and the only way out is through- to clear the past, to take back our power from all these lives, to release the lessons, the trauma and to convert this to wisdom.
