Our founders, Ken and William faced ongoing adversity when searching for appropriate accommodation for their son/brother. The options were limited and it highlighted just how important well designed, accessible housing can be.

That experience became the foundation for New Dawn Housing, creating quality accommodation our residents are proud to call home.
