🌿 Well, that’s a wrap on day one!

Today I welcomed my very first patients to Loretta Facey NP, and what a special day it was.

After months of planning, preparation, paperwork, and plenty of behind-the-scenes work, it was incredibly rewarding to finally open the doors and get started.

It was wonderful to meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and officially begin this next chapter.

And yes, the room stayed standing, the technology behaved itself (kind of) and I survived my first day! 😅

🌿 Almost ready.

In just two days, I’ll be welcoming my first patients into this room.

What started as an idea has slowly become a reality, and seeing everything come together is both exciting and a little surreal.

One of my favourite touches in the room is the artwork, painted by my mother-in-law. It felt like the perfect way to add a little warmth and personality to the space.

Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Your kind words, messages, and support have been my motivation and the reason I’ve had the courage to take this leap.

One of the questions I’m asked most often is:

Nurse Practitioners are able to assess, diagnose, order investigations, prescribe medications, and refer to specialists where appropriate.

I provide care across a wide range of health concerns, from acute illness and injury through to chronic disease management, women’s health, wound care, and preventive health.

As I am operating as a sole practitioner (no receptionist), appointments can only be booked online. While I do have a clinic phone, it is not staffed throughout the day and I may not always be available to answer calls.

Opening Day: Tuesday 16th June 🌿

🏥 In-person consultations will be available on Tuesdays from 9:30am–3:30pm.
📍 190 Sladen Street, Cranbourne

💻 Telehealth consultations will be available on Fridays from 9:00am–1:00pm.

Online bookings will be opening soon, with further details to be shared shortly.

These hours will continue to grow as demand increases.
