Today is a day to remember.

I honour those who served, and those who gave their lives in service. I hold deep gratitude for their courage, and for the lives they touched.

This day also feels especially close to home, with two of our sons currently serving in the Australian Army. Like so many families, we carry both pride and a quiet hope for their safety and wellbeing.

To all who serve, and to the families who walk alongside them—
may you be safe,
may you be well,
may you be held in care.

The research is still evolving, but what we’re seeing so far is encouraging: measurable improvements in relaxation, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Not everything can be fully explained yet… but that doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

It’s been a minute…

My socials have been a little quiet lately. I chose to intentionally step away for a while, to enjoy some time away with my husband Ian and our two dogs. An awesome 10 days of road tripping down the NSW coast. An urban escape.

My main take away from our break - simple pleasures and the joy they bring.
.. Walking barefoot on the beach.. Sipping my coffee with the morning sun on my back.. Eating toast cooked over a campfire (there’s something extraordinary about it!).. Watching the Southern Cross rise in the night sky .. Waking to the songs of Magpies at dawn .. No alarm clock – just the birds and the rising sun

Somewhere in all of this, I was reminded how little it actually takes to feel content. Yes, the world can feel a little of overwhelming at times but I’m choosing to anchor into joy and gratitude in the everyday.
