The people-pleaser.
The overthinker.
The one who stayed quiet.
The one who always put everyone else first.
The one who learned to survive by hiding what they really felt.

But survival doesn't have to be your forever story.

You can learn new ways of thinking.
You can create new boundaries.
You can choose differently.
You can become someone who feels safe being fully themselves.

You don't have to hate who you were to embrace who you're becoming.

You can honour the old version of you while giving yourself permission to become new.

There are seasons where rebuilding yourself doesn't look like confidence, motivation, or having everything figured out.

Sometimes it looks like getting out of bed.
Setting one small boundary.
Saying no without explaining yourself.
Taking a breath instead of reacting.
Choosing yourself, even when it feels unfamiliar.

Healing doesn't always look like becoming stronger overnight.

Sometimes, it simply means you're still here.
