Your service agreement helps clarify what you can expect from your NDIS provider.

New NDIS resources are now available to help participants review their agreements, understand their rights, and ensure their supports meet their needs.

You can now find a new service agreement template, checklist and guidance – including easy read resources – on our website. 🤝

A service agreement is an agreement between you and your provider. It describes what you and your provider have agreed about your NDIS supports.

These resources will help you:

👉 better understand service agreements

👉 know your rights and what to look for when reviewing a service agreement

👉 be clear, along with providers, on supports being provided.

Using the new service agreement template is encouraged, but not mandatory. If you choose to use the template, it must be tailored to your needs.
