- used as a predictor of cognitive resilience
- predictor of survival rates chronic disease & accident trauma
- independence and frailty as we age

Recovery, including sleep quality is just as important as the work & consistency you put in

You’re working against yourself if you’re training hard then eating sugar, boozing up & fu***ng your sleep.

It’s not congruent - they’re literally opposites!

Eat like you mean it
Train like you mean it
But also RECOVER like you mean it

Funnily enough, they all work as a triad, if all you’re doing is training hard - it’s only 30% of the inputs - do the math 😉

Sleep is just as important as the workout you do.

Our key tips for 40+ starting an exercise routine:
1. You don’t bounce like in your 20’s!
2. Get a tune up first - just like you would your car before a big trip
3. Interview the practitioners you intend to entrust with your body - not all have the same skills even if they have the same qualifications!
