We always complete a thorough paediatric examination to firstly rule out need for further referral but specifically to gain an understanding of how their nervous system and body are functioning and how this may be contributing to the presenting complaint. ⁣⁣

2. Intentional movement of your body (ideally outdoors)
3. Screen free 1 hr before bed
4. When and What you eat matters

Even implementing just one of these for now will see benefits.

At Revive we have completed further education related to pregnancy care. ⁣
Women go through extraordinary changes during pregnancy and chiropractic care should be altered to cater for this. ⁣

Chiropractic care is considered safe and effective during pregnancy in treating common musculoskeletal symptoms that many pregnant patients encounter- especially lumbopelvic pain. ⁣
Research also conveys having regular chiropractic care during pregnancy can help reduce labour pain and labour duration.⁣
⁣
Chiropractic care can also help with optimal birth positioning. The influence we have on the musculoskeletal system, fascia and ligaments all aid with improving alignment and function of the lumbopelvic region which is important for how baby can move around in utero. ⁣

Over the last 10 years I have developed a particular passion for supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. 
This passion grew during my own two pregnancies and births. Since then, I have dedicated many years to researching, practising, and learning effective ways to support women throughout pregnancy. My focus is on helping reduce discomfort, improve balance, and promote overall wellbeing within the body during this important time.

I am also Webster certified and a Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) Basic Certified practitioner, a gentle and safe approach that complements family-focused chiropractic care.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a qualified Pilates instructor (currently teaching at The Yard Gym Dubbo). I firmly believe in the power of movement and the integration of manual therapy with exercise to support optimal health, function, and wellbeing across all stages of life.

In my personal time I love being outdoors with the family, keeping physically active and enjoying good food.

I have always been deeply fascinated by the human body—how it functions and the interconnectedness of its physical, mental, emotional, and nutritional aspects. Being able to combine this passion with helping people achieve optimal health is what truly motivates me.
I am committed to promoting an active lifestyle and take pride in encouraging and supporting my patients to do the same.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family as well as traveling and staying active.
