This week on the Solids Library for our subscribers we have a delicious , easy one pot chicken orzo bake!
Suitable as is from around 12 months but in all our solids library recipes we include alterations to serve it right from around 6 months so there's no need to make seperate meals!

Starting Solids can be so much harder than it needs to be when you don't have the right equipment.... When i first started out this platform I got asked endlessly for recommendations on products and there was nothing I trusted enough to recommend... That's why I made my own!

Smockie Bibs to prevent endless washing....
Suction Plates that don't end up on the floor every 5 minutes...
Baby Spoons your little one can actually hold and fit into their mouth...

The biggest thing... non judgemental, evidence based support... Someone to make you feel better about what you're doing. Not worse!

It's the little things that can make the whole process so much less stressul....
