We were on the hunt for some solids trackers for our 6 month old, and these ticked all the boxes for us. They’re easy to follow with everything categorised, and it’s been so fun ticking off all baby girl’s first foods. Also super aesthetically appealing, and love that they’re magnetic so we can keep them on the fridge and see/update them frequently.

I was feeding my Granddaughter with a spoon from another company; she wanted to feed herself and placed this spoon into her mouth. She pushed it in too far and started crying.

My daughter, realised she had to research and purchase better spoons. After watching my Granddaughter feed herself with your soft combination sticky spoon, I was so impressed, I placed an order for friends’ babies.

You might unfollow me after this and that's okay. I'm finding my people again. Or maybe you'll learn there isn't a lot of black and white here, and one choice isn't right for everyone.

1️⃣ You can start before 6 months without "ruining your baby's gut." The recommendation is around 6 months, but every baby gets there at a slightly different time. You know your baby best and are best suited to judge their signs of readiness.

2️⃣ You can do puree or baby-led weaning. It doesn't matter. You can also do a mix and really give yourself freedom — what food you serve is more important than how you serve it.

3️⃣ You don't need to be feeding bone marrow or liver (if you don't eat these foods or don't want to prepare them), but you absolutely should be focusing on getting iron-rich foods into bub's diet.

4️⃣ You're not exposing your baby to toxins if they're eating off something that isn't stainless steel. Food-grade silicone and plenty of other materials are safe for baby tableware. Don't let the fear-mongering get to you.

5️⃣ You can use pouches as part of a varied diet. Used heavily they won't meet baby's nutrition needs on their own, but they're not toxic or poison just because they're shelf stable.
