3️⃣ BB Shoulder Press
4️⃣ Squat Pulses
5️⃣ BB Bent Over Rows
6️⃣ Mountain Climbers
7️⃣ BB Front Squats
8️⃣ Plank Hold

💥 Rest 60 seconds between rounds
💥 20–30 minute full body burner
💥 The weight should feel:

3-Ingredient Protein Donuts 💪🍩

Ingredients
* 1 cup Greek yogurt
* 1 cup self-raising flour
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Method
1. Mix all ingredients into a dough/batter.
2. Add a splash of milk if too thick.
3. Roll into balls or shape to donut.
4. Bake at 180°C for 12–15 mins or in air fry for 10-12mins

Good post-workout option. 💪

Circuit x 4 - 5 rounds:

* Battle ropes – 45 sec
* Box jumps or Weighted step ups – 12
* Mountain climbers – 45 sec
* Russian twists – 20
* Burpees onto step – 10

Then:
