Serious Sporting Injury??? NO PROBLEM !!

At MedX Rehabilitation we specialise is high level sporting injury rehab 👌✨

Patients love the new Neuro Muscular Electro Stim (NMES) which creates over 500 muscle contractions in a single session!! Perfect for post surgical, immobility and atrophy!! ✨

Our young athletes can be back on the field in record time with the aide of NMES included in return to play rehab protocols!! 👌

What is NMES?
A form of electro stimulation which uses an electrical impulse to nerves which passively contract muscle fibres.
The evidence based programs are specifically designed for injury/ disuse/ atrophy and specific muscle groups.

How many sessions are required?
We prescribe 10 sessions of NMES for optimal results. This is included in the complete management plans which also incorporates exercise rehab and physical therapies at our clinics.
