I’ve opened a small number of Spinal Flow Discovery Sessions at New Lambton over the next two Thursdays.

These 45-minute sessions are for anyone who has been curious about Spinal Flow, but isn’t quite sure what it involves or whether it could be the right fit for them.

We’ll have a quick chat about what’s been going on for you, I’ll explain a little about how Spinal Flow works, and then you’ll have the opportunity to experience the work for yourself.

It’s official - Kahm Wellness has announced the opening of their beautiful new wellness space in New Lambton, and I’m so grateful to already be offering sessions from here.

Over the past 2 weeks, I’ve started welcoming clients into this calm, nurturing space for Spinal Flow, Body-Soul Reset, Access Bars and Intuitive Energy Healing.

I’ll be at Kahm Wellness on Thursdays, with bookings now open for the rest of July.

Something beautiful is beginning this week.

This Thursday, I’ll be offering sessions from a brand new wellness space in New Lambton. I can’t fully reveal the space just yet, but I can say it feels calm, elegant and deeply nurturing - a little haven of tranquillity.

From this new Thursday location, I’ll be offering Spinal Flow, Body–Soul Reset, Access Bars and Intuitive Energy Healing.

I also have a special first-month welcome session available for those who feel called to experience deeper body, nervous system and energetic support.
