24 years, 2 countries, 4 pregnancies ,2 amazing daughters, 2 businesses, lots of adventures, lots of fights, lots of tears, lots of laughter. I love that we keep choosing each other again and again. Thank you for being my rock and for looking after our family with so much devotion. I love you Ale ❤️

We have welcomed the Year of the Fire Horse! 🐎✨ Yes, it is a time of momentum and visibility, but remember: even the most powerful horses value rest, connection, and clear direction.

​The Dru Inner Fire Sequence is one of my favorite practices to spark that passion within. I love to play with the pace depending on what my soul is calling for:

​🔥 If I need to take bold action: I move strongly and add the "Breath of Fire" (Kapalabhati) to ignite my drive.
🌿 If I need to recharge: I move gently and with deep intention, refueling my energy from the inside out.

​It only takes a couple of minutes to shift your state and get you on the go.

​La Secuencia del Fuego Interior de Dru es una de mis prácticas favoritas para encender la pasión en mi interior. Me encanta jugar con el ritmo según lo que mi alma necesite:

​🔥 Si necesito tomar acción: La realizo con fuerza y sumo la "respiración de fuego" para encender mi determinación.
🌿 Si necesito recargar energía: Me muevo suavemente y con una intención profunda, restaurando desde adentro.

Solo nos toma un par de minutos cambiar tu estado de ánimo y ponerte en marcha.
