🌿 NDIS School Holiday Programs for Exmouth Families 🌿
Hi everyone 👋 just sharing this in case it helps another local family…
There are some really great NDIS supported kids camps running down in Perth over the upcoming April and July school holidays.
These are 4-day, 3-night programs designed to help kids build:
✨ independence
✨ social skills
✨ confidence
✨ community participation
They’re fully supported by qualified S/Ws at a 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 ratio, as well as night supervision. They are all really well structured, outdoor nature-based programs. A fun experience for the kids, whilst also giving parents/carers a bit of respite time.
Ages: 8yrs - 17yrs
Costs: These are NDIS programs, the costs come out of your NDIS plan (depending on your child’s plan, feel free to PM me if you need help to understand if your plan aligns)
Travel: You would need to arrange your own travel to Perth, if you’re an Exmouth resident you can access capped residential fares, or it can work well if you’re already planning a trip down south during the holidays anyway
I know living remote can make accessing opportunities like this hard, so just wanted to share in case it’s something that could suit your child or someone you know 💛
