I wrote my thoughts in a new blog post over the weekend... I'd love to know if it resonates!
We hear phrases like “you’re shifting,” “you’re levelling up,” “you’re moving into a higher frequency” all the time in spiritual spaces. I say stuff like this all the time! But it dawned on me, as I was in the midst of a pretty 'down' moment - we make it sound expansive. Exciting. Almost glamorous...
But the reality? Deep inner shifts feel anything but glamorous!
Sometimes it feels like exhaustion. Sometimes it feels like crying for no obvious reason, becoming irritated by things you once tolerated, questioning relationships, wanting to be alone, feeling completely uninspired or suddenly realising that the life you have built doesn’t quite fit anymore....

The more I work in business, the more I realise the importance of these spiritual truths.
You can’t force what isn’t aligned.
Your energy enters the room before your strategy does.
A “no” can be divine redirection.
Expansion will absolutely trigger your nervous system.
Boundaries create more abundance than people-pleasing ever will.
And sometimes the most spiritual business move you can make is to charge properly for your work.
Soul-led business isn’t about sitting back and waiting for the Universe to deliver clients.
It’s intuition and action.
Energy and strategy.
Trust and courage.
Your business can be one of the greatest spiritual initiations of your life.

Right now the cosmic landscape is deeply amplified because the Moon and Venus just formed a precise conjunction in the sky. It gives us access to a powerful bridge between our subconscious heart (the Moon) and our values, relationships, and desires (Venus)
This conjunction naturally enhances charm, magnetism, and a craving for pleasure, creative expression, and comfort.
We are also in the Eclipse corridor... so these few days now should serve as a soothing balm, helping us emotionally process all those major identity shifts or sudden path corrections that may have been triggered last week!
