With all of this amazing ‘9’ energy that we’re currently experiencing, which signifies endings, therefore new beginnings, I’ve spent time today reviewing my current offerings and decided to make a few changes which resulted in some healing options being removed.

I feel a lot more focused and I am very excited to have also added a new offering, Access Bars, to my menu. Your favourite healing options are still available.

Forget the rules and what we’re supposed to do.
It’s time for us to get out from behind the screens, stop fixating on all the bad stuff going on and do more of what makes us smile.
Let’s turn up the music, find some freedom and take the time to energize our souls.
I’m going to do all things I shouldn’t for all the reasons why I should.
I’m going to eat the chocolate.
I’m going to talk to weird people about random things and love every minute of it.
I’m going to hug someone I like, pay for another person’s meal and give a compliment to someone who isn’t expecting it.
Every day isn’t going to be perfect, but I can make some moments in those days beautiful.
Let’s put aside the worries and make room in our hearts for more love, more appreciation, more beauty.
It’s up to us to make this journey called life amazing, so let’s do more of that.
I’m not telling you that we have to stop doing the things we must- that’s not going anywhere.
But we can stop letting the negative weigh us down.
Maybe, instead, we start living a little instead of just trudging through our days.
No, it won’t solve anything or change the bad stuff we have to face, but you might feel a little better each time you start filling your soul with adventure and love.
You don’t have to have good looks, money or any special talent to love and be kind.
Maybe we can start doing more of that- the world needs more love and light in it right now.
So, turn down the windows, turn up the music, dance like no one’s watching and lose yourself in some amazing music.
Our time here is limited, so why don’t we just enjoy the ride while we can?
Live a little louder, love a little harder and laugh a little more..
I don’t know about you, but chasing the stars, loving my life and feeling the wind blow through my soul sounds incredible.

Let’s leave the world behind for just a while and be ourselves, be free, and be happy.
Maybe we can’t change all the days or even all the moments,
But we can make some of those moments beautiful..

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. It is many different things to many different people. Whatever it is for you is perfect.

When women come together in Circle the energy is heightened and amazing things can take place. The women who attend my fortnightly Meditation Circles support one another and hold space for one another and it is truly magical to see the transformations taking place.

I am so grateful that I get to facilitate these Circles where beautiful women feel safe, nurtured, loved, vulnerable and a part of something incredibly unique. The bond that is created and strengthened each time they say YES to themselves, is magical and I am truly honored to be a part of it.

You do not have to add anything to you. I mean anything more, to be the brilliant person you are.
You just have to remove anything that is preventing you from Shining your Light.

This is a truly “tough” one because, in so many subtle ways, you have told yourself that you are not enough.

To know that you need nothing else to be the complete package, the complete You. That you are ENOUGH and that all you need to do is keep turning up.

Everything, BUT EVERYTHING......... follows Precious Souls.

The world needs you being all you can be. This is a Precious time on Earth for She is Ascending and you have been given the privilege of ascending with Her.

And being the Brilliant you is not conceit or immodesty. It is simply you Loving the expression of You and being True to the fullness of it all.

And you have to OWN who you truly are. The Being inside you that is calling constantly “Come out, come out and join with me for I Am YOU, And if your light is too strong for others loan them your sun glasses.

I love this card that was drawn by someone at my Meditation Circle last night. I sat with it this morning as I was cleaning up and really wanted to share it, for whoever else needs this reminder.

The infinity ♾ symbol around the eyes captured my attention as we’ve been starting our meditation practice by drawing this symbol around our own eyes to help calm our nervous system before we start.

Our meditation journey this week took us to the Garden of Forgiveness and Love. We planted beautiful Seeds of Forgiveness that grew into Flowers of Love. 💚🌺

My sincere gratitude to Kyle Gray for creating beautiful Oracle Decks and the most incredible, healing music that featured in our meditation journey tonight. To Colette Baron-Reid for inspiring my journey theme this week, I loved putting this meditation together; and also for the podcast interview you did with Kyle. 🙏🏻💜

The flowers that featured on my altar were all picked from my Mum’s beautiful garden. Everyone took home some daffodil bulbs and tonight’s ladies also got to take home whatever flowers they wanted.
